April 12, Hyundai Manager – Rallye Motors
I am sending my response to service that I had completed, (after several tries) on April 10th, My Hyundai Sonata has a recall on rear lower arm and abs. Light problem…etc
I had a couple of appointments but had to return as the part was on back order… I made another appointment and arrangements were made for a courtesy car for me on the day of repair. Now I want to recognize the help and great service I experienced… First, dealt with Karen Bampton who was my main contact and who made most of the arrangements.
We were going away for a week and arranged with Karen to leave the car there while we were away so they could have lots of time to do the repairs needed.
Unfortunately while we were away the parts that were needed were on back orders so I would need to make another appointment. I also spoke to the parts manager, regretfully I did not get his name and also on the day I was to leave the car, Brodie, a service manager also, (do not know his last name either..as Karen was off). Karen had left all the info for Brodie. My courtesy vehicle was ready and I left my car at 10 AM.
Brodie called me at 5PM to say my car was ready and I picked it up. There was a complete written report on the work that was done, After reading the report I noticed that there were some areas checked at N/C which were above the required work necessary.
My husband and I wanted to bring to your attention how very pleased we are with the service that we received ( even if it took several tries) and felt that all the persons concerned should be recognized.
